🎬 PART 2: «The Name Tag She Tried to Hide»

The cleaner pulled the photo strip back just in time.

The woman’s hand missed it by inches.

The little girl cried harder, still gripping the edge of the booth like letting go meant disappearing forever.

The cleaner looked at the pictures again.

Frame by frame, the truth was there.

The woman taking off the girl’s jacket.

The woman ripping away the name tag.

The woman putting a new coat on her like a disguise.

A security guard rushed over.

The woman snapped, “He’s lying. That child is mine.”

But the girl shook her head, trembling.

“My mom is looking for me,” she whispered.

The cleaner turned the photo strip over and saw something stuck to the back.

The torn name tag.

Her real name was still on it.

The security guard’s face changed.

The woman tried to back into the crowd, but shoppers moved in front of her.

Then the mall speakers crackled.

A panicked voice came over the announcement system.

“Missing child. Six years old. Pink hair clip. Name tag says Emma.”

The little girl looked up.

“That’s me.”

The cleaner knelt and handed her the tag.

“You’re not lost anymore,” he said.

And for the first time, the woman who tried to steal her had nowhere to hide.
