🎬 PART 2: «The Title That Changed the Whole Room»

“Attorney General.”

The courtroom froze.

The words landed like a bomb.

The officer, still on the floor, stopped breathing for a second.

The woman in the navy suit didn’t move.

She just turned her head slowly toward the judge, then back toward the officer, letting the silence crush him.

His face changed first.

Shock.

Then panic.

Then the sick realization that he had just lunged at one of the most powerful women in the state in a room full of witnesses.

The judge stepped down from the bench, furious now.

“What were you thinking?” he barked.

But the officer couldn’t answer.

He was still staring up at her, his mouth open, his confidence completely gone.

The same man who had smirked at her seconds earlier now looked small.

Embarrassed.

Afraid.

The Attorney General’s eyes were wet, but her voice stayed controlled.

“That wasn’t an accident,” she said. “That was disrespect. That was arrogance. And that was in public.”

No one in the courtroom made a sound.

Even the lawyers stood frozen.

The officer struggled to his feet, face red, one hand touching his cheek.

“I didn’t know—” he started.

“No,” she cut in. “You didn’t care.”

That hurt more than the slap.

You could see it hit him.

The judge’s face hardened.

He turned to the bailiffs near the wall and said, “Remove him from this courtroom. Now.”

The officer looked around helplessly, like he wanted someone to save him.

Nobody moved for him.

Nobody defended him.

As the bailiffs grabbed his arms, he looked back at her one last time.

Not angry now.

Terrified.

The Attorney General took one slow breath and held his gaze.

Then she said the line that broke him completely:

“You humiliated the wrong woman. But worse than that…”

She paused.

The whole room leaned into the silence.

“…you did it in front of the law.”

And as they dragged him out, the courtroom stayed dead quiet, because everyone there understood the same thing at once:

the slap wasn’t the end of his punishment.

It was only the moment his downfall began.
